Subscription Plans
FileAlchemy offers several subscription plans to suit your needs:
- Free Plan: Basic features with limited usage, access all features.
- Basic Plan: 1000 usage tokens per month, access all features (£7.99/month).
- Pro Plan: 2000 usage tokens per month, access all features (£11.99/month).
- Enterprise Plan: 3000 usage tokens per month, access all features (£19.99).

Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Annual subscriptions come with a 20% discount.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancelled subscription will finish at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for assistance with cancellations or refund requests.

If your payment fails, we'll attempt to process it again in the next few days. You'll receive an email notification about the failed payment. If multiple attempts fail, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.
